Mark Gale Elected To MWFA Board

Manly Warringah Football Association welcomes Mark Gale to its board for the next three years.

Mark has lived on the Northern Beaches for over 40 years. In that time, he has made massive contributions to local football as a player, coach and manager. After a Premier League playing career that lasted for over a decade, Mark turned to coaching, serving as a Premier League Head Coach with both Beacon Hill and Seaforth. In addition to his MWFA coaching experience, Mark spent 14 seasons coaching at Manly Warringah Dolphins, working with both youth and senior teams.

Outside of football, Mark has run a successful business on the Northern Beaches for over 35 years, employing many local people and completing countless local projects.

Mark already has MWFA Committee experience, having served for the last four seasons on our Judiciary Committee. We are grateful for his help in keeping our local game safe and enjoyable for all participants, whether they be players, referees, coaches or managers.

We look forward to Mark’s contributions as a member of our Board – he has received a lifetime of enjoyment from football and he is keen to give back to the community, so that others may benefit. If you haven’t already done so, please congratulate Mark on his appointment when you see him!
