Summer football teams are friend based. The MWFA do not put teams together – we rely on you to organise a team through friends, family or winter teammates.
Once you have created a team and your Manager has submitted the team entry form, the MWFA will confirm your team has been accepted. Submitting a team does not guarantee a place in the competition – please wait for confirmation before completing the player registration process.

Junior U6 to U10
Early-bird: $210
After 31 July: $230
Junior U11 to U18
Early-bird: $220
After 31 July: $240
Seniors (All Age and O35’s)
Early-bird: $235
After 31 July: $255
Fees include:
- Team-coloured jersey for each player
- Goalkeeper bib
- Referees for all games
- Match balls
Team Registration (Managers Only) – NOW OPEN

- Send your completed form to summerfootball@mwfa.com.au. We will acknowledge receipt by return email and advise of the next steps.
- Register on Play Football as a Manager – registration is free.
