The Manly Warringah Football Group of Companies have an opportunity for a part time Accountant / Bookkeeper to join the organisation for 1 – 2 days per week, to ensure the accurate recording and processing of the financial, management, and tax accounting records for the four related entities.
This role is part time and based at the MWFA offices (Cromer Park).

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Manly Warringah Football Group of Companies is offering an opportunity for a person who is both a qualified Accountant / Bookkeeper and a registered BAS agent to join our team. This role involves but is not limited to weekly payrolls, bank reconciliations, payment of invoices, monthly financial statements, and preparations of end of year accounts, for the auditors across four related entities.
The four related entities are:
- Manly Warringah Football Association
- Manly United Football Club
- Manly Warringah District Soccer Football Club
- Manly Warringah Football Club – Licensed Club

SELECTION CRITERIA:
- A Degree / Diploma – Tertiary qualification or TAFE certificate in accounting and / or business
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an accounting / bookkeeper role
- Personal attributes – Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking and a collaborative approach
- Passion for and knowledge of football – Applicants with a passion for and knowledge of football will have an advantage
- Completion of Working with Children Check
