MWFA Men’s Premier League Round 6 is nearly upon us! A couple of teams are starting to break away from the pack, but there’s still a long way to go in the season.

At St Matthews Farm Reserve, we have a top of the table clash between the two undefeated teams. Competition leaders CC Strikers have the league’s most prolific attack and Mosman have conceded less goals than any other Premier League team – everything points to an exciting clash between 1st and 2nd.

Third placed Narrabeen are starting to build a winning run and have hopes of keeping up with the top two, they host a Brookvale side coming off a big win in Round 5. Meanwhile, Beacon Hill will be fresh after the Easter weekend break and last weekend’s bye, they travel to Harbord Park for a meeting with Harbord.

Pittwater are seeking a win which would help them break out of the mid-table pack, their next game is away to BTH Raiders at Terrey Hills Oval. Finally, St Augustine’s host Wakehurst at Passmore Reserve, with both teams hoping to make amends for Round 5 defeats.

This competition is becoming a Saturday afternoon ritual and the teams are starting to find their groove, so Men’s Premier League Round 6 is a good chance to show your support!
