MWFA women's Premier League round 11 preview

WPL-MVvsSeaforth14July19-6908

THEIR head coach is overseas, but it remains business as usual for Beacon Hill’s ladies squad.

Speaking ahead of Sunday’s game on home soil versus Seaforth, assistant coach Mark Cimarosti is preparing his troops for a testing 90 minute encounter.

“I wasn’t surprised to see Seaforth beat Manly Vale (2-0) last weekend, they gave us plenty of trouble when we played them the first time this year,” he said.

“They (Seaforth) are well drilled and play to their strengths.

“I’m sure they will be fired up again, big results like beating one of the competition favourites generates instant belief.

“(Coach) Vince (Vescio) may be away, but nothing changes, our girls are very driven.”

Other games see Mosman play in-form Wakehurst, Manly Vale will look to bounce back against Brookvale and Forest Killarney welcome Manly Allambie to Melwood Oval.
