Ayse Adalis continued her incredible season, scoring five goals.
Jess Wootton was also sharp, finishing with a brace.
“I feel for HSU, I really do,” Beacon Hill coach Vince Vescio said.
“To their credit they kept playing until the end, and with smiles on their faces.
“We took our chances, I like where we are heading.”
Elsewhere, Forest Killarney beat Brookvale 1-0, Manly Vale stay top after a grinding 1-0 win against Avalon and Wakehurst outgunned Seaforth 4-0.
