SEAFORTH coach Mitch Paterson lauded the ruthless on field nature of league leaders Manly Vale after they romped to a 5-0 win on Sunday.
“They (Manly Vale) scored an early penalty and then went on with it,” he said when reflecting on the contest at Seaforth Oval.
“I didn’t think our girls played that bad, Vale are just ruthless.
“Their structure is great, they play to their strengths – at times we had no answers.”
Other games saw Beacon Hill outclass Forest Killarney 5-2 and Wakehurst beat Brookvale 2-0 to move back into the top four.
Wednesday night at Careel Bay sees Avalon host Manly Vale.
