WPL FKFC – on fire

BEACON Hill are wary of an attack minded Forest Killarney ahead of Sunday’s showdown at Beacon Hill Oval.

Glenn Wood has his ladies from Melwood Oval firing.

They have defied expectation to be sitting in fourth spot and Beacon coach Vince Vescio knows they won’t die wondering on the road.

“It has been a great effort from Forest (Killarney) after forming a team from scratch,” he said.

“They have been the surprise packet.

“I was happy with our game against Wakehurst last Sunday (5-2 win), we need to repeat performances like that.

“We are creating plenty of chances, it is all about attitude for us.”

Elsewhere, Seaforth tackle ladder leaders Manly Vale and Wakehurst entertain Brookvale.

Wednesday night sees Vale travel to Careel Bay to play Avalon.
