PITTWATER RSL FC will push for eight successive wins in the league when they host Seaforth this Saturday in the match of the round at Kitchener.
Adam Israel’s squad have been the yardstick so far in 2017, but were beaten by Mark Gale’s men 2-1 a few weeks ago in the MWFA FA Cup quarter-final.
“They are a solid team,” Pitts midfielder Charlie Fyfe said.
“The Seaforth loss was frustrating, but credit to them, they got the result that night.
“Our last few games have been a bit scrappy, we are copping soft goals but still finding a way to win.
“This weekend will be a good test, the lads are pumped.”
Other games see Dee Why host CC Strikers, Narrabeen do battle with Manly Vale, Brookvale lock horns with Wakehurst and Mosman line up against St Augustine’s.
