MV-MPLvsSeaforth-8Apr2017-7112-sml

SEAFORTH’s impressive start to the MWFA Premier League season gained further momentum on Saturday, thrashing Manly Vale 4-0.

Aidan DArcy was the standout player at Seaforth Oval, finishing with a brace.

Michael McGinley and Adam Tomko also found the back of the net for the hosts.

After coach Adam Israel jumped ship to Pittwater RSL FC in the off-season, Seaforth were tipped to struggle.

With Chris Tomlinson in charge with Mark Gale overseas they are flying, yet to concede a goal in two games.

Elsewhere, Brookvale versus Narrabeen finished 0-0, Pitts smashed St Augustines 6-0, Dee Why held off Mosman 2-1 and CC Strikers and Wakehurst shared the spoils in a 2-2 draw at St Matthews Farm.
