PITTWATER RSL FC waltzed into the second round of the MWFA FA Cup after beating Harbord Seasiders United 4-1 on Sunday.
Josh Yeates, Cam White, Adam Carstens and Charlie Fyfe all found the back of the net in the one sided affair at Cromer Park.
It was a good hit out a week before the season proper and we took our chances well, Pitts skipper Fyfe said.
“The boys are motivated to have a big year.”
In other games at Cromer as well as Melwood Oval, Manly Vale held off a determined Forest Killarney 2-1, Curl Curl dusted Avalon 3-0, St Augustines outclassed a youthful Beacon Hill 3-0 and Wakehurst stunned MWFA Premier League champions Narrabeen 3-1.
Dee Why edged out Brookvale 3-2 and Seaforth as well as Mosman won 4-2 on penalties versus CC Strikers and Manly Allambie respectively.
The quarter-finals will be played at a time late on in the year still to be confirmed.
