The majority of the Manly Warringah FA representatives in this year’s Football NSW Champion of Champions tournament will be in action on Sunday, as teams battle for the right to be crowned the best in New South Wales.
MWFA’s participation in the 2024 tournament started on Sunday, when Manly Vale’s All Age Women team progressed to the next round with a 2-0 win over Connells Point Rovers. They will be one of 13 MWFA teams playing on Sunday, while four of our representatives have a bye to the next round of the competition.
Seven of our teams will be playing at the familiar surroundings of Cromer Park. Six of our teams will be playing away from home, and spare a thought for the BTH Raiders 13 Girls team, who will be travelling to the Central West of NSW for a meeting with Forbes & District.
