MWFA Premier League women's round 4 review

FOREST Killarney finally broke their league duck on Sunday, beating Manly Allambie 4-2 at Millers Reserve.

Sophie Larsen and Hannah Bromley were among the goals, in a performance which impressed coach Larry Bates.

“It was a good performance, certainly overdue,” he said.

“Everything is slowly coming together, I’m very happy for the girls.

“We are playing an exciting system which everyone has bought into, hopefully we are on the rise.”

Elsewhere, Wakehurst toppled Mosman 2-1 at Melwood Oval, Beacon Hill thumped Seaforth 3-0 on the road and Manly Vale outclassed Brookvale by the same score line at Graham Reserve.
