SHELDON Tweedie loves playing Manly Vale.
On Saturday, the 20-year-old scored a hat-trick against the men from David Thomas Reserve -the second time he has achieved the feat this season in the MWFA Premier League.
Dan Stuart, Daniel Khawam and Mikey Domjen were also on target for the Tigers.
“In the end we ran over the top of them,” Tweedie said when reflecting on the 6-2 triumph on the road.
“Vale battled hard, but we were patient and in the end were pretty comfortable.”
Tweedie now has 12 goals to his name and is locked in a battle with Narrabeen’s Sipan Berti for the golden boot.
Elsewhere, Pittwater RSL FC romped to a 5-0 win against St Augustine’s, Brookvale outclassed Narrabeen 3-1, CC Strikers outgunned Seaforth 4-2 and Dee Why stunned Mosman 2-1.
