MWFA Premier League preview

MOSMAN coach Josh Ayscough knows his team needs to collectively rise ahead of Saturday’s home tussle against Dee Why.

After a promising campaign, the Whales have struggled in recent weeks, dropping out of the top four.

“The past three games we have been second best,” Ayscough said.

“We are leaking soft goals and also not taking our chances in the final third.

“I don’t need to tell the lads, they all realise what is on the line.

“Dee Why are a dangerous team, they are playing for pride, but on their day they can really give you a football lesson.”

Elsewhere, Narrabeen take on Brookvale at Cromer Park on Friday night from 7.30pm, Manly Vale do battle with Wakehurst, CC Strikers line up against goal shy Seaforth and St Augustine’s play Pittwater RSL FC.
