TWO games in the space of 24 hours is brutal- but you won’t find Manly Allambie coach Kyle Cannon complaining.
On Sunday his table topping team face Manly Vale in a juicy derby at David Thomas Reserve before backing up to play Forest Killarney at Cromer Park on Monday afternoon.
Both games begin at 3pm.
“For us, it is all about recovery,” Cannon said.
“We aren’t worried about it…we knew this was on the table as soon as the draw was released.
“It is a testing outcome, but we will get on with it…..like I said to the girls, it is a great chance to show our character as a team.”
Elsewhere on Sunday, Wakehurst host Brookvale and Seaforth take on Forest Killarney.
Beacon Hill and Avalon have the bye.
Seaforth will also dust themselves off and play on Monday versus Brookvale from 1pm.
It is part of a Queen’s Birthday double header at Cromer Park.
