Big game for the Beenies

PittRSL v Narrabeen F 150417 1024x470 030517

NARRABEEN skipper Mark Femia insists his team isn’t rattled ahead of Saturday’s trip to David Thomas Reserve to play Manly Vale.

Vale, who looked certain to be relegated a few weeks ago, kept their season alive after beating Mosman 1-0 last start.

Three points this weekend on home soil will see them draw level with the Beenies on ten points with one game to play.

“We know a draw will be enough, but we will go there to win,” Femia said.

“Vale have nothing to lose, so that makes them dangerous.

“I think we have enough quality players to get the job done, we will look for experience to get us home.”

Other games see Wakehurst host Brookvale, St Augustine’s tackle Mosman, Seaforth lock horns with Pittwater RSL FC and CC Strikers do battle with Dee Why.
