Back to basics for Dee Why

DEE WHY striker Matt Cooper expects his team to find their mojo at home this Saturday versus Wakehurst.

The Swans have struggled in their past two games, losing to Manly Vale and drawing with Narrabeen.

As a result, Stuart Nairn’s men have dropped to fourth.

“Wakehurst are young and fit – we need to match their energy,” Cooper said ahead of the tussle at Dee Why Oval.

“I think it is important we get back to basics – we know what works for us.

“Three points would see us up to third and not too far from Seaforth.

“I’m looking forward to seeing how the lads respond.”

Other games see Mosman host Seaforth, Pittwater RSL FC entertain Manly Vale, Brookvale and Saints square off at Graham Reserve and CC Strikers take on Narrabeen.
