NARRABEEN midfielder Mark Femia is predicting a goal frenzy in Saturday’s clash with Brookvale at Narrabeen Sports High.
The two heavyweights played out a 0-0 draw at Graham Reserve in April, but Femia expects a different result this weekend.
“I think it will be pretty open, both teams are finally hitting their straps,” he said.
“We have been smashed by injuries this year, but our young boys have stepped up.
“It was always going to be a transition year for us – we lost a number of key players from last season.”
Saturday will also mark the first time Justin Hayward and Josh Lawson return to Narrabeen Sports High as opposing players.
Other games see Manly Vale take on Seaforth, St Augustine’s tackle Pittwater RSL FC, Mosman do battle with Dee Why and Wakehurst line up against CC Strikers.
