BROOKVALE coach Colin Euers honestly doesn’t know what to expect from his team ahead of Sunday’s tussle against Manly Vale at Graham Reserve.
Given the Blues have lost nine players from last season for a myriad of reasons, you can see why Euers is uncertain.
“It has been a testing pre-season to say the least,” he said.
“The recent rain saw a couple of our trial games called off, which wasn’t ideal for us with so many new faces.
“Manly Vale are always tough, Tony (Bruzzano) and Roland (Winter) will have them ready to play.
“We just have to go out and do our best.”
Brookie still have the luxury of calling on gun trio Gill Foster, Gemma Satchell and Laura Euers.
Other games see Forest Killarney do battle with Harbord Seasiders United at Melwood Oval, Avalon host Wakehurst at Careel Bay and Beacon Hill entertain Seaforth at Beacon Hill Oval.
