The Manly Warringah Football Association has a position vacant for a Receptionist/Administrator for the 2017 season.
The successful person will have an eye for details, high integrity, be able to work within a small team and a volunteer environment.
The successful person will be proficient with all aspects of operating a computer, Microsoft Word and Excel and experience with WordPress and Mailchimp.

Receptionist/Admin
Answering phones
Greeting people as they come into the Club
Generate MWFA Soccer Post and Manly United FC (MUFC) EDMs
Update MWFA and MUFC Websites
Update social media for MWFA and MUFC
Collate and file weekly match sheets
Process Credit Card payments as required
Updating Borrowed players each week.
State Cup & C of C spreadsheets when required
Assisting judiciary secretary
Assisting Community Coach Development Manager when required
Calculating and enveloping MUFC Referee fees
Updating MUFC Red and Yellow Caution Spreadsheet
Many other and varied tasks
Hours will be 9am to 5pm Wednesday to Friday from 1 March to 30 September 2017 on an annual basis.
