DESPITE losing 5-0 to Narrabeen last round, Wakehurst are confident ahead of Pittwater RSL FC’s visit to Lionel Watts this Saturday.
The Tigers were unbeaten before they were outclassed by the ruthless league leaders.
“It was a funny game, we missed a penalty when 2-0 down,” Wakehurst coach Paul Juergens said.
“If that goes in, with momentum, it is a different game.
“Narrabeen were clinical, but I didn’t think we were that bad, the end scoreline was a bit harsh on the boys.
“Pittwater provide another big test, but that is fine, we need to gauge where we are at.
“At home I am confident we can get a result.”
