MWFA runs a flexible 14-hour format for the Skill/Game Training Certificates to make it more convenient and also more realistic for coaches to develop their knowledge and skills while working with their own team at their club. This incorporates a minimum of 7 hours on-course time, followed by attending a workshop of their choice and an online self-reflection form.
The upfront cost of the Skill and Game Training courses is $90, however if you are an MWFA registered coach, we will fully reimburse the course fee upon completion of all post-course tasks.
Game Training Certificates
Designed for coaches of U14s up to seniors.
You will learn how to develop communication and decision making through session planning, coaching methodology, as well
as match day coaching, in a fully practical environment with opportunities to practice coaching and work with other coaches.
Coach Workshops
MWFA also provides a large number of free Coach Workshops to compliment official courses, which focus in-depth on specific topics and challenges coaches have and are usually done using a club team so coaches can see a realistic session being run by an experienced coach. Coaches can attend any and all of these workshops if they wish to, even if they are not a member of the clubs hosting them.
All MWFA Coach Workshops are completely FREE, but registration is required here: https://manlyunited.wufoo.com/forms/mwfa-2023-coach-workshops-registration/
