C-LICENCE COURSE AT CROMER PARK A GREAT SUCCESS

Eugene

22 candidates attended the recent FFA C-Licence coaching course held at Cromer Park, to add to the 23 coaches who completed the same course back in February this year.

The majority of participants were from within MWFA, with a good spread across several clubs, including Female Scholarship winners Catriona Ormond (Seaforth) and Sharna Barras (CC Strikers).

These coaches will now be equipped to give their players a higher level of coaching, as well as sharing their new knowledge with others.

MWFA would like to wish all of these coaches the best with their coaching moving forward, and commend them for their commitment to the never ending process of learning and personal development.

I thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the course and found it extremely insightful, educational and thought provoking, whilst also being light-hearted and fun. Its certainly given me the taste to continue my learning and development as a coach and further engrain myself within the local youth football community.

The course was presented by Ryan Doidge and Eugene Lawrenz, with assistance from Alex Epakis, Nick Robb and Grace Lambourne.

MWFA has one more coaching course available before the end of the year for anyone looking to start their coaching journey, or any coaches keen gain new ideas and skills during the quieter off-season period.
