Due to the recent wet weather and forecast rain for the weekend, MWFA has made some changes to the draw for this weekend after consultation with Northern Beaches Council on ground closures.
These are based on what fields are closed tonight (Friday), will reopen tomorrow (Saturday) and grounds that are highly likely to be called out due to the impending rain on Saturday and particularly Sunday.
Decisions on what matches are played have been made based on the competitions that have a spare wet weather weekend already pencilled in for later in the season. Those games can be easily made up.
Competitions that do not have the scheduled spare wet weather weekend will be a priority as those make up matches would have to be played midweek if at all.
These disruptions are far from ideal and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
