CROMER Park was the venue recently when 21 local coaches completed their Football Federation Australia (FFA) Game Training Certificate.
The course is designed for those working with footballers aged between 14 and 17.
A high level of engagement and enthusiasm was obvious from those involved.
“It was terrific to see such a demand from coaches for education,”MWFA Community Coach Development Manager Christopher Adams said.
“The coaches committed three days from their busy schedules to develop themselves.
“They now have a good understanding of how to run safe, organised and fun sessions for their players whilst teaching them the tactical side of the game.”
The MWFA’s primary aim is to make coach education accessible to all.
