SEAFORTH turned on the style on Sunday, beating Manly Vale B 6-1 at Melwood Oval.
Madi Mathie, Rachel Darby, Skye Ludlow, Kiah Kennedy, Kierly Wiggins and Abbey Cosh all found the back of the net in what was a one sided affair.
“In the end, our fitness was the difference,” Seaforth coach Mitchell Paterson said.
“Manly Vale B had a couple of players who caused a few problems early on, but once we clicked into gear, we were good.
“To be honest we should have scored a few more goals, but I’ll take six any day.”
Elsewhere, Beacon Hill outclassed Wakehurst 4-1 and Brookvale outgunned Avalon 4-0.
Manly Vale A had the bye.
