MWFA is pleased to announce that it has developed a full collection of ‘Return to Play’ training exercises available for free to all coaches.
The exercises have been taken from the FFA National Curriculum and adapted to fall within the guidelines for return to play: players do not need to touch equipment or make physical contact, and they can stay 1.5m apart at all times.
They are suitable for all age groups but may need to be adapted. Coaching tips and progressions are suggested for every exercise.
