Womens PLs Forest Killarney – the ones to watch

FKFC 1

DESPITE no games being set down for Easter Sunday, it will be business as usual for Forest Killarney’s leading ladies.

Glenn Wood’s in form squad are likely to train over the break, such is their collective desire.

“I always felt we had the talent, but we have probably gelled quicker than I thought,” Wood said.

“Our combinations are impressive and will only get better.

“The signs are very encouraging, I’m happy for the girls.”

Next Sunday Forest face a huge test when they entertain Vince Vescio’s Beacon Hill at Melwood Oval.

“Everyone is excited, it will be an accurate gauge of where we are at,” Wood said.

“This is why we are in this competition – to have fun and be tested week in, week out.”
