MWFA completed its second ‘Return to Play’ workshop on Monday night, giving coaches an understanding of how to run effective training sessions within the current ‘Return to Play’ guidelines.
There were 30 coaches in attendance over the 2 nights, all of whom had a wide range of experience levels and are working with many different age groups, but everyone took something useful away. Both evenings were filled with a lot of fun, and were a great chance for the participants to get new ideas and ask questions.
MWFA will be releasing a full schedule of new coaching courses and workshops for July and August in the coming days, to give all coaches the opportunity to develop their skills and pick up some ideas to help organise fun, safe and engaging training sessions.
