SEAFORTH coach Ash Mathieson has declared all the pressure is on Avalon ahead of Sunday’s game at Seaforth Oval.

Larry Bates’ Reds havebecomethe team no one wants to face with the semi-finals around the corner.

After losing their first five games, Bates finallyhas his ladies firing.

They are justa victory out of the top four, and on the rise.

“We beat them (Avalon) last time we played them, but we held on for dear life,” Mathieson said.

“Everyone knows what they are capable of, they just took a bit longer to click than most people expected.

“Three points for us would be huge this Sunday, it would dent Avalon’s finals hopes and give us plenty of confidence.

“We will have to be on our toes to get a result.”

Else where, Beacon Hill hostManly Valeand Manly Allambie take on Brookvale.

Wakehurst and Forest Killarney have the bye.
