Kanga Cup MVP

OLIVER was certainly no burden at the recent Kanga Cup in Canberra.

The Narrabeen FC striker represented St Augustine’s as a replacement player in the under-13s knockoutcompetition and made a massive impression – the goal poacher found the back of the net 19 times in eight games.

It was no surprise to see Burden named tournament MVP.

An interesting scenario could await – Saints currently lead the 13/1s competition in the MWFA by four points.

Narrabeen are sitting in fifth spot after 14 games, just two points out of the top four.

If Aaron Brown’s junior Beenies qualify for the semis, they will need to beat Saints to play in the big dance at Cromer Park.

What are the chances Burden is the hero for Narrabeen against Saints ?
