MANLY Vale are the only squad to boast a 100 per cent playing record in the women’s MWFA Premier League after they beat Beacon Hill 2-0 on Sunday afternoon.
Goal machine Jules Waugh and classy midfielder Jo Greco found the back of the net in a hit-out which was impressive to say the least.
“It was probably our best performance of the year,” Vale co-coach Roland Winter said.
“Everyone did their job across the 90 minutes.
“Beacon Hill had Jess (Wootton) and Ayse (Adalis) playing, so to keep them scoreless was great.”
Other games saw Wakehurst beat Forest Killarney 2-1 at Melwood Oval, Brookvale outclassed HSU 5-1 and Seaforth versus Avalon finished 2-2.
