Womens Premier League | Round 19 Review

Wakehurst 664x399

BROOKVALE coach Colin Euers believes his team is now primed for their upcoming finals assault after outclassing Manly Vale B 11-0 on Sunday.

He wasn’t fussed by the end scoreline, more the variety of goal scorers.

“Jemma (Satchell) scored three, Laura (Euers) two and Dani (Vescio) got a couple as well,” Euers said.

“We also scored some good team goals, it shows we don’t rely on one player to get the job done.

“Credit to Manly Vale B as well, they had a number of girls play back to back games for 90 minutes, that is a huge effort.”

Elsewhere, Beacon Hill edged closer to the minor premiership after crushing Avalon 5-1 and Wakehurst shocked Manly Vale A 1-0.

Seaforth had the bye.
